Home must be purchased at the posted home-only retail sales price to be eligible for the maximum discount. If the retail home price is reduced due to buyer negotiations or lender requirements-- or the lender requires Seller-paid fees-- the discount amount will be offset by those reductions/fees first. Any remaining discount amount may be applied to reduce the total sale price of the home. No portion of the discount may be applied toward buyer’s down payment if buyer obtains financing for the home purchase.
